This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and [Your legal business name (sole proprietorship name, or the registered company, e.g. ANTARAH Ltd.)], operating as ANTARAH (“we”, “us”), founded by Muskan Maini in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. They apply when you use this website, book a free call or a paid session, buy a course from the ANTARAH Academy, subscribe to the daily affirmations, or use Antarah AI, the chat on the site.

By booking, paying, creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, our Refund and cancellation policy and our Disclaimer and scope of practice. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, including British Columbia’s Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.

Who can use the services

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be able to make decisions for yourself and take part voluntarily. Nobody can book a session on someone else’s behalf without that person’s knowledge and agreement.
• You confirm you have read the Disclaimer and scope of practice, including the situations where you should speak to your doctor before booking.
• We may decline or end a booking where the work is not suitable or safe for you. If we do, we refund anything you paid for sessions that have not taken place.

What we offer

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless shown otherwise at checkout. [Whether GST or PST is charged, with your GST number, or state that prices include any applicable tax]. We may change prices for future bookings and renewals; a change never affects something you have already paid for, and subscribers get at least 30 days’ notice by email.

Descriptions of what a session involves are given in good faith. Every person is different, and the exact content of a session depends on what comes up.

Booking and sessions

• Times are shown in your time zone and converted from Muskan’s hours in Vancouver. Please check the time in your confirmation email.
• Each session gets its own private video link, sent in your confirmation and calendar invite. Please do not share it.
• A paid booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Until then the time is held for a short while and then released.
• Join from a quiet, private place where you will not be interrupted, with headphones and a stable internet connection. Never join a session while driving.
• If you are late without letting us know, the session may be treated as missed after [How late someone can be before a session counts as missed (e.g. 15 minutes)]. If you are late, the session still ends at the booked time so the next client is not affected.
• If technology fails on our side, we will reschedule at no cost. If it fails on yours, we will do our best to continue by another method, and otherwise reschedule once free of charge.
• Moving, cancelling and refunds are covered in the Refund and cancellation policy.

Your part in the work

Change through RTT and coaching depends a great deal on you. We ask you to:

• Give honest, complete answers in any intake form, including about your health and any medication.
• Tell Muskan straight away if your circumstances change, for example if you start new medication or are receiving care from another professional.
• Listen to your personal recording as advised, and never while driving or operating machinery.
• Remain responsible for your own decisions, during and after sessions.

Buying a course

• One payment: each course is bought once, at the price shown before you pay. Nothing renews.
• How the days open: most courses open one day at a time, from the day you buy. Each day stays open once it has opened. The course page says which way each course works before you pay.
• Yours to keep: the course stays in your account, and you can download its audios and download them again from My courses, for as long as your account exists. If we stop selling a course, you keep it.
• Refunds for courses are covered in the purchase policies.

The daily affirmation subscription

• Automatic renewal: the daily affirmation is the only subscription. It renews automatically every 30 days, at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel.
• Cancelling: you can cancel at any time from your account page in a few clicks. Cancelling is never harder than joining. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Daily affirmations run for 30 days from each payment. Each one is written fresh for you and is never repeated. Each one stays in your library while you subscribe.
• Failed payments: if a renewal fails, Stripe retries it and we email you. Access pauses if payment cannot be taken after a reasonable period.

Using courses, recordings and affirmations

All courses, lessons, guided hypnosis, personal recordings, affirmations, worksheets and other materials belong to ANTARAH or its licensors. While your access lasts, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own wellbeing.

You may download your personal recordings and the course audios you bought for your own listening, and keep your affirmations for your own use. You may not share, resell, publish, upload, broadcast or edit them, use them to train AI models, or use Muskan’s voice in any other context. Please do not share your account.

The ANTARAH name, logo, and Muskan Maini’s name, image and voice may not be used without written permission.

Antarah AI and AI-written content

• Antarah AI, the chat on the site, is an AI assistant. It can explain the services and book a call, but it can make mistakes and it does not give therapeutic, medical, legal or financial advice. Confirmation emails and this website are the authoritative source for prices, times and policies.
• Daily affirmations are written by AI in Muskan’s style. Muskan sets how they are written and can review them.
• Please do not use the chat for emergencies. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line straight away.

Respectful use

Please do not misuse the site or services: no abusive or harassing messages, no attempts to break into accounts or systems, no automated scraping, no false bookings, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend access for serious or repeated misuse, and refund any unused paid period where that is fair.

What you share with us

Reflections, notes, messages and check-ins remain yours. You allow us to store and use them only to provide the services to you, as described in the Privacy policy.

We will never publish anything you share, including a testimonial, without your separate written permission. You can withdraw permission for a testimonial at any time and we will remove it.

No guarantee of results

RTT, hypnotherapy and coaching can be helpful, but results vary from person to person and depend on many things outside our control. We do not promise a particular outcome, a cure, or that any number of sessions will be enough. Testimonials describe one person’s experience and are not a promise of yours. See the Disclaimer and scope of practice.

Other services we rely on

Payments are handled by Stripe, email by Resend, video calls by the provider named in your confirmation, and hosting by Vercel and Supabase. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their outages, but we will reschedule or extend your access if an outage stops you receiving something you paid for.

Links to Instagram, YouTube and other sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Responsibility and limits

We provide the services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows:

• We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for indirect losses such as lost income or opportunity.
• Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make, or for outcomes that depend on your own actions.

Nothing in these terms limits responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the services at any time, cancel subscriptions from your account page, and delete your account yourself from your account page, or by writing to hello@antarahlife.com. We may end the agreement if you seriously breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (licence limits, responsibility, governing law) continue after it ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the services change. Changes apply to bookings and renewals made after the update. If a change materially affects an active subscription, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If something goes wrong, please write to us first: most problems are solved with one honest conversation. If we cannot resolve it, the courts of British Columbia will have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
