ANTARAH Purchase Policies

The short version

• Free discovery call: move or cancel any time from the link in your confirmation email.
• Paid sessions: move for free up to twice, as long as it is at least 24 hours before the session. Paid sessions are moved rather than cancelled online, because your payment is already set aside for your time.
• Refunds: if you need one, write to Muskan. She reviews every request personally, and approved refunds go back to your card through Stripe.
• If Muskan has to cancel: you choose a new time or a full refund. Always.
• Tarot and Karmic Clarity: not refundable once the session has taken place.
• RTT: not refundable once your first session has taken place and your personal recording has been made.
• Courses: each course is a one-time payment, yours to keep. Not refunded once you have opened any part of it or downloaded an audio; anything faulty is always fixed or refunded.
• Daily affirmations: no refunds. Cancel any time from your account page; it stops renewing and you keep it until the end of the 30 days you paid for.

Free discovery call

The discovery call is free. You can move or cancel it at any time using “Manage booking” in your confirmation email. If you cannot make it, we would be grateful if you let us know so the time can go to someone else.

Moving a paid session

• Up to 24 hours before your session, move it free of charge using “Manage booking” in your confirmation email, or by writing to us. You can do this up to twice for each paid session. After that, Muskan can still help if you write to her.
• When you open “Manage booking” for a paid session, you are shown how to reschedule rather than cancel, as a reminder that you have already paid and your time is waiting for you.
• If you move to a later date, your payment carries over in full. Nothing more is charged unless you change to a different service.

Less than 24 hours’ notice, or a missed session

Muskan keeps each session’s time free just for you and prepares beforehand, so late changes are hard to fill. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you miss the session without letting us know: [What happens with less than 24 hours notice or a missed session (e.g. the session is used, or a 50% fee applies)].

Life happens. If something serious and unexpected stops you attending, such as illness, a family emergency or bereavement, write to Muskan. She will always look at your situation with care.

Asking for a refund

You cannot cancel a paid session and take an automatic refund online. Instead:

1. Write to hello@antarahlife.com, or use the contact form and choose “A refund request”, with your name, the session or course, and the reason.
2. Muskan reviews it personally and replies within 5 business days.
3. If approved, the refund is issued through Stripe to the card you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Refunds are made in the same currency and to the same payment method. Stripe’s processing fee is not deducted from an approved refund.

Held credit

If you give notice but do not want to pick a new time yet, your payment can be held as credit. Credit lasts [How long a held session credit lasts (e.g. 6 months)] and can be used for any session of the same or lower price, or towards a higher-priced one. We will remind you before it runs out.

Service by service

Tarot Clarity + Remedies ($90)

A tarot reading is not refundable once it has taken place. Before then, the usual moving and refund terms above apply. The remedies you receive are spiritual and practical suggestions to support you; they are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Karmic Clarity + Remedies ($120)

If you book an RTT session within 60 days of your Karmic Clarity session, its fee is credited towards it. Once a Karmic Clarity session has taken place it is not refundable.

RTT Breakthrough Session ($550)

The session includes a personal recording made from your own words and 21 days of support. RTT is not refundable once your first session has taken place, because your personal recording is made from that session. Before the session, the usual moving and refund terms above apply.

The ANTARAH Transformation ($1,499)

Paid in full when you book your first session. If you decide to stop part way through, [What happens if someone stops The ANTARAH Transformation part way (e.g. a refund for whole months not yet started, or no refund after the first month)].

If Muskan cancels or cannot continue

If Muskan has to cancel or move a session because of illness or an emergency, you choose: a new time that suits you, held credit, or a full refund. If a technical problem on our side cuts a session short, we arrange a replacement at no cost.

If Muskan decides that the work is not suitable or safe for you, for example after learning about a health condition, she will explain why and refund any session that has not taken place.

Courses

• Each course is a single payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• It is yours to keep: the course stays in your account, and you can download its audios to your own devices and download them again from My courses for as long as your account exists.
• Because a course opens as soon as you buy it and its audios can be downloaded and kept, a course is not refunded once you have opened any part of it or downloaded an audio. If something in it is faulty or will not play, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
• If you were charged twice by mistake, we refund the extra payment in full.
• If Muskan later stops selling a course, you keep it.

Daily affirmations ($4.99 a month)

• Each payment covers 30 days of affirmations, starting on the day you pay.
• Subscriptions are not refunded, because each affirmation is written for you and delivered straight away. When you cancel, it does not renew, and your affirmations continue until the 30 days end.
• If an affirmation never reached you because of a problem on our side, tell us and we will extend your subscription.

Disputes and chargebacks

If something is wrong with a charge, please write to us before contacting your bank. We can usually fix it the same day, and a chargeback can freeze your account and bookings while the bank investigates. This does not limit any right you have with your card provider.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to, and never reduces, your rights under consumer protection law where you live, including British Columbia’s Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act. If the law gives you a right to cancel or a refund, you have it regardless of anything written here.
